[spring-boot, IntelliJ]Could not resolve org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-gradle-plugin:3.1.9.

 스프링 부트 3.x.x이상 부터 초기 설정할때  gradle에서 의존 패키지 가져올때 아래 같은 문제를 직면할수 있다.

원인

 원인은 스프링 3.0.0이상 부터 JDK 17이상 부터 호환 된다. 그래서 project 설정 할때 JDK 17이상 설정 하면된다. 인텔리제이에서 project structure에서 JDK 설정만 하면 안된다. Gradle에서 JDK 17버전 설정안하면 gradle 실행시킬때 오류가 난다.

해결

 Settings에 Build Tools > Gradle 에서 Gradle JVM에서 JDK 17 버전 설정하면 된다.
